Here is a Great Opportunity!

This Program just launched and you can get in on the ground floor! You can now capture contact information for every visitor to your sites, even if you don't "own" that site! That's right, even pre-canned affiliate landing pages! Facebook, MySpace, your Blogs (like I did). And you can send automatic Tweets to lead people to your account to sign up themselves! All without knowing any coding at all, it is all "point and click"!!

This Program and Website were created by my Nephew, Jeff A Long (proud Uncle here!). Yes we have the same first and last names, but different initials (its a funny story how that happened, I post about it one day!)

Anyway, if you are involved in network marketing at any level you must do yourself a favor and check out this Truly Revolutionary Concept!

First Impressions are Important!

One of the things I look for in any of the "Free" bizops I try out, is how quick and real are the welcome messages and tips from the upline members? If you have been active in a system for a few days and haven't heard from your sponsor or any of his upline, then move on! These people are obviously just looking to "farm the seas" and get as many people underneath them as possible. There hope is that one of these people may be the "Golden Child" who is going to light up their world with incredible success without any help from them at all (and remember, they will profit from that person's efforts even though they didn't do a Thing!).

I expect my Sponsors to "Groom" me, educate me and answer any questions I have directly, not through autoresponders (more on those later). I do this for anyone I help get started in their own Home Based Business, and I expect others to do the same!

I was impressed with this opportunity because they did just that when I joined!

Some of the more obvious things to look out for before you join!

In looking into many different Internet Marketing propositions available, I have discovered some very definite "red flags" that are common to most MLM type scams on the internet.

1) I always avoid companies that want you to purchase a lot of product or inventory before you begin selling. MLM scams will often require that you purchase items before your associate account is "activated"(You won't find that here!)

2) Thanks to our Litigious society, almost all internet business opportunities have resorted to placing a "Terms" link somewhere on their main page. It may be hidden, or hard to find, BUT LOOK FOR IT and READ IT. I cannot over emphasize this! It is amazing the people I have talked to who didn't read the fine print before they had invested time (and unfortunately often money) before the realized how much more they had to pay to even begin to see any income (and it normally won't be enough to cover your costs!)

3) Does the "Business" actually have a product, or is their product you (meaning, if you join, is your main job getting others to join)? Be especially wary of sites that promise great income without having to sell anything! They just want you to buy in to their downline, make a quick buck off of your membership, and then hope you go out and get more suckers to fall into line below you!

tomorrow--more things to look for!

Introduction

I started this Blog after looking at many Internet schemes for making money. Lots of "offers" out there are really just "bait and switch" sites trying to get your money so they (the upline) can make some cash this month! In the coming days I'll look at some of the more popular ways these scams get people sucked in. This Blog seemed like a natural companion to my other Blog that talks about how I am making money at home the good old fashioned way, by working hard and NOT by investing money I don't have!
